BOM – led by Take-a-Number

Moleskin:

  • excellent effort by the Pax. This is a small group of guys that constantly push to get better and give 100% no matter how sucky the exercise.
  • T-claps to the Pax for modifying the movements instead of giving up and doing nothing. The only way to get better is to push yourself but you also have to know your limitations and work within them. I have more respect for the Pax that modify and keep going than the ones that finish first because I know that man has pushed himself to his limits whereas I’m not sure about the one who finished first, I may not have challenged him enough.
  • T-claps to Take-a-number for leading the BOM
  • Kotters to Granola. Hope you have recovered well. Glad to see you back in the gloom.
  • Prayers for the family in Ferguson dealing with the loss of their son and for the law enforcement officers trying to maintain peace in that area.
