Four weary pax rolled into RBHS with super sore shoulders from the simulation followed by PYT’s beat down the day before. YHC took that into consideration when planning today’s schedule of events, which was based on GoRuck’s six week training plan – slightly altered, of course. I can’t speak for the others, but I’m glad tomorrow is an off day! One thing is for sure: today’s workout was 10 times tougher than it looks on paper.

Mosey to the practice field with rucks
Partner up:
Partner one runs two laps around the football field (1/4 mile) and then: 50 Squats, 40 Walking Lunges, 40 Flutter Kicks (All single count)
Partner two farmer carries two rucks around the football field two times (1/4 mile)
Flapjack
Rinse & Repeat
20 Shoulder to Shoulders with ruck (left to right, right to left =1)
Sprint (All you got) 100 yards and back
Bear crawl 50 yards and sprint back
Flutter Kicks x 20 IC
Rinse & Repeat
Plank 1 minute
1 lap around football field to find Grave Digger’s mouthpiece for his bladder (Unsuccessful)
Mosey back to parking lot
