Sprint to half field, stop and do 10 merkins and back. Then sprint to far field goal line, stop and do 10 burpees. Rinse and repeat.
Mosey to the picnic shelter for 25 dips, 25 decline merkins, and 25 Step ups OYO
Mosey to bigger far soccer field, below the hill where we welcomed Jacob’s Ladder (7x up the hill with an increasing number of burpees at the top each trip).
Mosey to the bathrooms for a quick 4 minutes of the Peoples Chair.
Next Line up on the big soccer field side line for Prisoner lunges to the goal, sprint to other side line. Prisoner lunges back to goal, sprint to the other side line.
Line up on the Goal line of the bigger soccer field for the Strings of Fire. Carolina Dry Docks x 6, Big Boy Sit Ups x 6, and Squats x 6 followed by 100 yard dash. AMRAP
Checking the clock I saw we had a few minutes left so proceeded with a cool down of LBC’s x 20 IC, Flutter kicks x 20 IC, and Plank jacks x 20 IC.

Buzz Saw – Pray for Bearded Lady who sprained his ankle and hit his head while on the job. Let’s hope he has a speedy recovery and back out to post with us soon.
Cletus – Mentioned 2 officers were shot in CCSD while on duty Monday night, one of the officers was killed. Please keep both of these families in your prayers.
Hash and Rice – Buddy was in a motorcycle accident, has a long way to go for recovery.
