Turning Point hosted 14 Pax posted for Round 6 of the #Kamikaze. In preparation for the GoRuck Challange on November 21, pax were encouraged to bring their rucks or weight vest for todays workout. As always, the Kamikaze was tweaked slightly to increase the intensity. Strong work by the pax as always! Inspiring to see men post to #getbeter #bebetter!

Mozey from the parking lot, down the hill and 1 lap around the track. Circle up at the bottom of The Hill:
Mozey to the brick pile for bricks for those not carrying ruck/weight, then to the field for instructions.
THE KAMIKAZE:
With Bricks in Hand:
- Sprint up Hill – 15 Merkins
- Run Down – 15 BBSU
- Bear Crawl Up Hill – 15 Merkins
- Jog Down Hill – 15 BBSU
- Bunny Hop up Steps – 15 Merkins
- Jog down hill – 15 BBSU
- Sprint up Hill – 15 Merkins
- Fast mozey down long Ramp – 15 BBSU
- Mozey to Blue Jungle Gym – 15 Pullups or 15 Body weight rows
- Mozey to Track – 15 Lunges each leg
- Mozey back to hill, recover as needed
Rinse and Repeat until Q calls time, increasing reps by 1 each lap.
Return bricks to the pile,

- Today was the hardest version of the Kamikaze. This is becoming a trend but it seems the pax thrive on that element of the Kamikaze. YHC already has ideas on how to make Kamikaze VII even more difficult!
