11 pax ventured out of the fartsack into the chilly gloom for some good old fashioned pumping iron F3 style. Since we dont have actual iron we used the trusty blocks to help YHC and his friends get better.
Temperature was a nice and cool 31 degrees.

Venture over to the nice water feature we have courtesy of students or tax dollars. Not quite sure but it sure is a nice place to get a beatdown.
Workout is pretty simple. Take an exercise. Have a set number of reps for you and your partner to complete and while one is counting rep the other is running to designated spot and back.
Round 1 500 bench press
Round 2 400 rows
Round 3 300 flutter kicks
Round 4 200 Curls
Round 5 50 dips each partner
