THE THANG:
– Mosey to the block cage
– Cusack to back of ball field
– Pick-em-up-put-em down x15 IC
– Make a tight circle with your block on the ground at your right. On 1, pick up your block. 2, bring it to your middle. 3, put it down on the left side. 4, stand back up and clap.
– Cusack to bottom of lower lot where YHC has 2 sets of exercises covered up. Uncover the bottom exercise and perform it. Then uncover the next exercise and perform #2 followed by #1. Etc.
Round 1 (read bottom to top):
– 15 Monkey Humpers
– 12 Ukrainian Hammers w/block
– 10 Chest Presses
– 5 Big Boy Sit-ups w/block
– 3 Burpees
– Mosey up the hill (to the top of the parking lot) and back
Round 2 (bottom to top again):
– 15 Curls for the Girls
– 12 Goblet Squats
– 10 Merkins
– 5 Napalms
– 3 Blockees
– Put up blocks
– Return to COT
