– Monster Jacks (x20 IC) eerily similar to SSHs
– Zombie High Knees (x20 IC): eerily similar to high knees but Pax was swinging arms as if trying to “grab” something. Groaning noises accepted.
– Ghostly Arm Circles (x15 fwd / x15 reverse IC)
– Goblin push ups (x20 OYO) eerily similar to ‘mericans
– Frankenstein Walkers (x20 IC): eerily similar to an imperial walker
– Freddy Kruegers (x20 IC) (eerily similar to a Freddie Mercurys)
– Run two laps around the circus as if being chased by a serial killer with a chainsaw
Circuit 1:
– Pumpkin Squats: ( x20 OYO ) Squat down as if picking up a pumpkin, then rise.
– Mummy Wraps (Plank to Shoulder Tap): ( x20 OYO) In a plank position, tap opposite shoulders with a push up.
– Witch’s Broomstick Lunges: ( x10 each side OYO) Alternate lunges, imagining you’re sweeping a broom.
– Skeleton Crunches: ( x20 OYO ) Lie on your back, knees bent, and perform crunches while pretending to hold a skull (Alas, poor Yorick!).
Run two laps around the circus as if being chased by a serial killer with a machete
Circuit 2:
– Bat Wings (Jumping Jacks): (x20 IC) Classic SSH with an emphasis on wide arm movements Ash style.
– Creepy Crawlers (aka Spider Crawls): think crab walking — move forward to indicated spot on parking lot and back on all fours.
– Big Boy Vampires: (x20 OYO) Eerily similar to a BBSU —think rising out of a coffin and going back down
– Spooky Mountain Climbers (X20 OYO)
Run two laps around the circus as if being chased by a serial killer with an axe
Circuit 3
– Repeat the Pumpkin Squats; Skeleton Crunches; Big Boy Vampires; and Spooky Mountain Climbers
