SSHs, Arm Circles, Squats

THE THANG:
We took turns running to grab tennis balls with exercises written on them. Remaining PAX did AMRAP of the previous tennis ball’s exercise. There were 4 burpee balls and 2 of everything else.

Mosey to the brick cage and grab a block. Alternating sets of murder bunnies and goblet squats. Then chest presses, flutter presses, and a lunge back to the brick cage to return the blocks!
