THE THANG:
mosey out Chamblee, pause for pain station – 20 ‘mericans and 20 squats all OYO. Continue moseying to Indian Mound – ran to the bottom of the hill, did 5 burpees; ran back up and did 20 LBCs. Rinse and Repeat 3 times. Change Exercise to 20 Squats at the bottom, 20 ‘mericans at the top – rinsed and repeated twice more. Knocked out 5 more burpees for Cardinal and then started to mosey back toward the flag. Paused en route for pain station – 20 squats and 20 ‘mericans OYO. Paused in the park for 25 flutter kicks in cadence, then 20 double count Ukranian twists OYO. Jailbreak to flag.
