The rain moved out, the fog rolled in, and 5 pax made the hard decision and got better at Woodshed this morning.

WARMUP:
20 x Side Straddle Hop in cadence; 20 x Imperial Walkers in cadence; Little Baby Arm Circles (forward and back), Overhead Claps & Overhead Press 10 x each in cadence; 20 x Windmills in cadence; 20 squats OYO.

THE THANG:
Lined up for an Indian Run out into the neighborhood. Paused halfway for pain station – 20 x ‘Mericans and 20 x flutter kicks in cadence. Lined back up and continued the Indian Run around the block and back to the lower playground.

Knocked out 3 sets of 5 pullups and 10 depth-charge squats.

Moseyed up to the cage to grab blocks – knocked out 3 sets of 5 Kraken burpees, 10 We Are Not Worthys with the block, and 20 Goblet Squats with the blocks.

Flutter Press with the blocks – 20 reps in cadence, followed by 10 Teddy Rolls OYO.
