THE THANG:
Indian Run out to the hill at Galway and Byron. Mosey down the hill, then knock out 20 ‘mericans, 20 LBCs & 20 double-count flutterkicks, then lunge walk back up the hill. Rinse / Repeat 4 more times for a total of 100 each ‘mericans, LBCs and Flutters. Going back up the hill alternated lunge walks, broad jumps, bonnie blairs, high knees and butt kicks. Moseyed back to the flag and knocked out 20 more sidestraddle hops in cadence to finish things up.
