WARMUP:20 side straddle hops, in cadence; 20 Squats, OYO.
THE THANG: moseyed out into the neighborhood, headed for the hill via Chamblee – paused twice for pain stations, 20 Imperial Walkers and 20 Squats. At the hill, we ran up and down – three sets of 20 x ‘mericans at the bottom, 3 sets of 20 flutters at the top. Continued running up and down, but switched to 25 LBCs at the bottom and 10 jump squats at the top. After 5-6 rounds, started the mosey back toward the flag. Paused twice more for pain stations (10 x Imperial Walkers, 10 x squats), then finished strong for Syd over the last stretch from Chamblee to the flag, Everyone was gassed.
