WARMUP:
SSH, IW, TTT, Franks – all 20 IC
5 merkins OYO

THE THANG:
Each pax instructed to grab one brick per hand and follow YHC (carrying for most of the workout)
First stop at bottom of stairs – 3 rounds of 20 merkins (bottom) 30 shoulder press (top)

2nd stop- with two 5 gallon buckets (filled with 8 bricks each) each pax carried down and back up the same stairs while calling various exercises for the others

3rd stop- random tree did 3 pull-ups a piece with pax choice exercise again

4th stop- back at the buckets – in the parking lot- carry from bottom to top of lot and back down with same routine on called exercises

PUT BRICKS UP

5th stop – parking lot line suicides going uphill

6th stop- stair steppers for 2.5 min with sprint to the top of stairs Rocky finish.

MARY:
3 min of Iron cross, Freddie mercury, hello Dollie’s, big boy sit-ups

Feedback- pax did like having bricks brought by YHC. There are also river rocks nearby that can be a good alternative. Great morning overall. YHC excited to get out there sooner than later.
