WARMUP: active stretching while fast walking. 10 slow count merkins. 30 flutters, 20 iron cross, 10 Freddie mercuries
THE THANG: 2 ladders with 10-8-6-4-2 burpees at side entrance of school at the top of the main drop off lanes.
After burpees run to main entrance and do exercises, then run to end of mural wall for exercises. Rinse and repeat hitting the main entrance for more exercises coming back.
A total of 60 burpees, 60 hand release merkins, 60 lunges, 200 flutters, 50 iron crosses, and 50 Freddie mercuries were done in the two ladders
