Sprints, Hills, and Grids…oh my!

WARMUP:
Lap around the Target parking lot.

THE THANG:
Start at the Flag (but there isn’t one).
Using the parking lot from Starbucks to Target as a grid…
Running toward Target is a resting jog.
Running toward Starbucks is a sprint. try to gradually speed up with each sprint. Work your way all the way to Party City and then repeat back to the “flag”.

Jog out the parking lot to Pelham Dr. R on Pelham to Arborwood Rd Hill. Run as hard as you can up to Sagamore. Resting run back down. x 3 total.

Jog back to the flag but we had to enter the rear so we could get one more hill that Ash pointed out.

4 miles total.
