2nd Station: 5 Side Straddle Hops
3rd Station: 5 Squats
4th Station: 5 calf raises by each post on calf mountain
5th Station: 20 second peoples’ chair
6th Station: Run up stairs to lunge walk between cones
7th Station: Run up to the top of the walkway incline to do 5 Abs of Choice
Repeat the circuit and add 5 reps each time (except at calf mountain) until getting up to 25 reps. Run/walk to each station.
