Mosey to the side entrance to Dreher and circle up.

SSH x20 IC
Imperial Walkers x20 IC
Stretching exercises into a downward dog
Mountain Climbers x20 IC
High Knees x20 IC
Mosey over to pick up bricks and bring them back to the side entrance
Curls x20 IC
Tricep Ext x20 IC
Batman Superman (also known as alternating arm raises) x20 IC
Gas Pumpers (holding bricks out to side) x20 IC
Bench press x20 OYO
Put bricks down and mosey out to parking lot
Start at first light pole and do the following: 20 squats, 20 plank jacks
Run to second light pole and do the following: 20 Carolina Dry Docks, 20 LBCs
Run back to first light pole and repeat the squats and plank jacks
Run to third light pole and repeat the CDDs and LBCs
Run back to first light pole and repeat squats and plank jacks
Run to fourth light pole and repeat CDDs and LBCs
Run back to first light pole for final squats and plank jacks
Mosey back to bricks for the following exercises with bricks:
Raise the roof x15 IC
Overhead claps x15 IC
Big Boy Situps with bricks x 10 OYO
Worst Burpee ever x5 OYO (with bricks, do a burpee and then do 10 Little baby arm circles)
Mosey to back patio and find a bench
Five minute AMRAP: 10 decline merkins, 15 dips, 20 stepups
Mosey to wall for 2 minutes of peoples chair with alternating arm and toe raises
Calf raises on wall – 20 left leg, 20 right leg, 20 both legs
Mosey back to benches for another Three minute AMRAP
Circle up and first exercise is Stargazer (crowd pleaser)
Next set of exercises, keep their feet in the air until the end: Rosalitas x10 IC; Hello Dolly x10 IC; Freddie Mercury x10 IC; Boxcutter x10 IC.
