WARMUP: mosey, SSH, windmill, LBAC, TTT, 10x Merc OYO.
THE THANG: mosey circuit around downtown Blythewood making stops at various establishments. Roll the dice. Do the work. Merkins, big boys, burpees, flutters were had. First 3 stops count was 10x number rolled. Last 4 stops were speed round, no multiplier. Get ‘em and get gone. Would you believe after 7 stops, 21 rolls, we only ever hit 4 of the 6 sides. Squats and mountain climbers were neglected. Some silliness with a hula-hoop, bear crawls mixed in. Finished at AO with stretches.
