WARMUP: Stretches/SSHs/LBACs-Air Press/Seal Claps/IWs-Hillbillies/9-count Squats
THE THANG:
-Pax do a brisk John Wayne (1 pax carrying coupon) to Blythewood Baseball Fields, rotating the coupon approx every 50 yds
-1 Pax does 50 Chest Presses with coupon – other 2 pax do step-ups on until pax w/coupon completes his exercise
-Do similar routine as stated above but with 40 reps with coupon (Overhead Presses)
-30 reps w/coupon (Curls for Girls)
-20 reps w/coupon (Bent-over Rows)
-10 reps w/coupon (Tricep extensions)
The other two pax (w/o coupon) are always doing an exercise until pax w/coupon finishes his reps.
-Travel back to AO in same fashion as stated for traveling to ball fields.
-Do similar routine around parking lot but without coupon.
-End with Mary.
