AO: sawmill
Q: Rudder (WeaselShaker)
PAX: Cheesesteak
FNGs: None
COUNT: 2
DISCLAIMER Once again…no
WARMUP: Everything to an 11 count for Veterans Day!! I didn’t remember that until about 3 exercises in! The usual: SSH, little baby arm circles, Don Koti’s, squats, Merkins, flutter kicks, and of course, America’s favorite: Finkel swings!
THE THANG: pax picked up blocks (yes! They’re still there!) And posted on the cheese grater. Did 11s in honor of Veterans Day with Merkens and squats. Question: do you finish with 11 and zero? Or do you finish with 10 and one? Hummmm.
Moved (with coupon) to the vestibule. 1 pax carried our blocks around the loop in different configurations (double block farmers carry, cusack, shoulder carry, anyway you want, etc) while another Pax stayed back and did an exercise. Suck factor of 8.
Returned coupons to a tight and neat stack so as to impress the groundskeeper. So far so good! Blocks have lasted almost 3 weeks without being thrown away!!
