After seeing Welcome Week’s email about Qing just before kickoff of the Natty Championship, with nothing planned and little imagination, YHC decided to steal one of Cesspool’s thoroughly planned out workouts from a while back. It’s also simple-minded since there was presumably a lack of sleep among the pax w/ the late game finish.
Mosey out of Hand lot to King & Wheat.

Run to Wheat & Woodrow.
10 mercans. Run to next intersection. Repeat 10 mercans and then 10 chaser LBCs. Run to next intersection. Added one of the following exercises at each intersection: 10 squats, 10 wide-arm mercans, 10 toe tap crunches, 10 tuck jumps, 10 diamond mercans, 10 Freddy Mercury, 10 jump squats. (i.e. do all 9 exercises at the 9th intersection) Did some plank sequences at most intersections.
Repeat all 9 exercises at 10th intersection. Then drop an exercise in reverse order at each intersection.
The winding, unplanned route took us down Wheat, left on Sims, left on Blossom, left on Holly, right on Wilmot back to school. Lap around the track w/ the final 2 sets on the field.
That’s about 1.5 miles, 290 mercans, 250 ab reps, 210 leg reps.
Mosey to wall. People’s chair.
10 box jumps, 10 decline mercans, 10 SL situps. Repeat.
