Next run a lap around track doing 1 burpee at first light pole adding a burpee each light pole. 8 light poles for a total of 36 burpees.
Next line up on one side of track for blackjack with bear crawls and LBC’s. Bear crawl to other side of track 20 LBC’s bear crawl back 1 LBC and so on until time was called.
