Exercise #2
Break into 2 groups; Exercise performed until entire group finishes Michigan loop lap (switch)
100 Monkey Humpers
200 Squats
150 Merkins

Exercise #3
Dirty McDuece: 5 burpees, 10 jump squats (IC), 10 monkey humpers (IC) and 10 merkins (IC) X 2
25 BB Sit ups
2 minutes of stomach work
