20-25 yd distance- A skips, B skips, high knees, butt kicks

THE THANG:
Same distance as the warm up used for the following:

3 rounds of
75% run – Merkins – 100% run – Burpees

75% run – iron cross – 100% run – Russian twists

75% run – SSH – 100% run – big boy sit-ups

Double the run portion distance with a stop along the way at the same area as before for 50 toe taps on the curb – X2
