Out and Backs

  • Run at fast pace up Forest Drive for .5 miles.
  • Run back to parking lot.
  • Run back to the last PAX (in this case YHC who was rucking weight).
  • Run back to parking lot.
  • Rinse and repeat until the 6 is back home.
