Only 6 men could drag themselves out of bed this morning, but those 6 were able to achieve a level of fitness only dreamed of by the multitude of Hammer #fartsackers.
The Thang
Waited an extra minute or two to ensure no PAX was left behind, and when it was finally determined that 6 was all a Dealer’s Choice could muster on this crisp fall morning the workout began.
Collar – 50 Merkins, 50 Squats, 50 BBS
Billy Bob – sprint to the front of the school 15 IC Incline One-Arm Merkins – Right Arm; 15 IC Incline One-Arm Merkins – Left Arm; 20 Incline Merkins #crowdpleaser
Splinter – 10 Burpees sprint the front of the school (60-70 yards), 10 squats sprint back, 9 Burpees sprint the front of the school, 9 squats sprint back…down to 5 each
Eldrick – Mosey to the Wall – 20 Chicken Peckers with 2 minute wall sits with arms out (2X) YHC votes that Eldrick’s access to the website gets restricted because he found an F3 workout in Richmond and is bringing back the worst part of it. Don’t let him know where the workouts are when he’s traveling.
Detour – 20 IC Merkins, 30 IC Flutters, 20 IC Mountain Climbers, 15 IC Merkins, 25 IC Flutters, 20 Mountain Climbers OYO
MisFire – Ab Countdown 10-5 do 10 reps of each exercise then 9 reps of each exercise, 8, 7, 6, 5. The exercises were – Russian BBS, Iron Flutters, Heel-Tap Crunches
BOM – Detour
With just six PAX there is nowhere to hide everyone there was pushing each other. YHC just feels sorry to the PAX that decided today was a good time to #fartsack. You missed out and that is one less day you have to workout and get better.
