A monthly tradition! First Thursday of the month means PAX from Woodshed and Legion alike converge on the parking lot outside Starbucks/Target on Garners Ferry for a 30 min bootcamp followed by fellowship over coffee.

Workout: Field of Dreams! Walk through each base/station as a group so everyone knows the exercises. Once that was complete, split into 4 groups at 4 bases. 1st base, 2nd base and 3rd base exercises are AMRAP. Home Plate does the set number of reps and then starts the rotation by moving from 1st, pushing that group to 2nd…etc
