Grab your block and head to the parking lot of Block BLIMPS. Starting at speed bump #1:
– Block burpees x 5 OYO, overhead carry block to next speed bump
– Lunge with block x 10 each leg OYO, overhead carry block to next speed bump
– Imperial Walker w/block (looked good on paper) x 15 OYO, overhead carry block to next speed bump
