The THANG:
The circuit was an 8-stop route that covered about 0.8 miles. PAX continued going through the circuit until time was up.
- 25 big boys, 25 Russian twists double count, and 25 flutter kicks double count
- Using parking spot lines, 5 jump squats every other line, about 15 lines
- 20 burpees
- 20 mercans and then bear crawl about 50 yards to the next point
- 10 decline mercans, 10 mercans with left hand on curb, 10 incline, and 10 with right hand on curb
- 1 three-point suicide back-peddling out and running back, 1 karaoke suicide
- 10 pull-ups, 20 dry docks, and 30 dips
