THE THANG: 3 rounds: AMRAP decline merkins and AMRAP pull-ups (or should press with blocks). 30 freedom twists focusing on full range of motion, 20 elbows to knees LBCs, 10 iron cross. Then run to the top of the hill and back. Rinse and repeat for three rounds.

Mosey to the practice field. 10-8-6-4-2 ladder. Start at the back of the end zone with 10 regular merkins, good form and 3-6 seconds for each rep. Mosey to 50 yard line and 10 lunges. Mosey to back of opposite end zone and 10 diamond merkins with good form. Mosey back to 50 and 10 lunges, then back to opposite end zone and 8 regular merkins. Rinse and repeat for a total of 30 regular merkins, 30 diamonds, and 60
