WARMUP: active stretching, 10 merkins and 10 lunges. Mosey to the stadium and one full lap around the stadium
THE THANG: one minute AMRAP LBCs
Start at the goal line, 6 burpees, run to 50 and 30 flutter kicks. Rinse and repeat going down one burpee each time
Prowler lap 1: start at the back of the end zone, pax do 2 burpees. One pax will push the prowler 20 yards, then pax do 2 burpees and switch. The pax not on the prowler are doing suicides. A total of 26 burpees down and back, 80 yards of prowler work each.
Then mosey to the drive leading to the back parking lot. Do 6 burpees, run to top of small hill, back down and five burpees. Rinse and repeat until one burpee.
Mosey back to the field and repeat prowler lap 1. A total of 52 burpees between the two laps.
Prowler lap 3: same as 1 & 2, except going down 5 merkins. Coming back 10 LBCs.
Do 10 SSH at back of end zone, 4 burpees, then run to 2 yard line and back. Rinse and repeat going down my 1 burpee and 2 SSH.
Mosey back to COT. In between each round we did light recovery moseys as well as Frankensteins and opening the gate. Did a little recovery stretching, too.
Burpee total: 104. Many yards of running.
