Heel Tap Crunches, x 20 OYO, Iron Cross and Wide Arm Merkins x 20 OYO. Jump squats x 10 OYO. Diamond Merkins x 10 OYO.
Then we moved to a modified DORA, which we didn’t finish. 50 calf raises, one lap around bus loop, 50 more calf raises. 40 squats, one lap, 40 squats. Mosey back to flag for COT and Socially Distanced Ball of Man.
