2 4 6 8 who do we appreciate?

I usually don’t plan in advance but decided to put some thought into what I wanted to do at Woodshed as the sub Q for On Ramp. I knew two things, I didn’t want to do more than 10 reps at a time for any exercise and I wanted to take a tour of the school. 14 pax didn’t care about a little bit of soggy weather for my little experiment this morning.

The Condition: 60s and wet (like there was a pond in the baseball field wet, legit)

The Thang:

Mozy to the front of the school
All 10 reps 4 count

Overhead claps

Mozy to the back of the school
The following format was the same for the following three bouts: 2, 4, 6, 8, then 10 reps in sequential order.
Balls to the wall merkins
sprint to playground and perform pull-ups
sprint back to wall, repeat and rinse until 10 reps are achieved and then hold peoples chair until all pax are finished and add a 30 second count

Mozy to the baseball field
lunge in place each leg and then burpees starting at home, then sprinting to L field (4 reps), center field (6 reps), R field (8 reps) and then sprint back to home plate passing center and left field (10 reps), then hold peoples chair until all pax are finished and add a 30 second count

Mozy to big playground (same sequential order with reps)
Reverse pec flies and then dips, hold plank until everyone finishes
Hold pull-up position and perform reverse crunches, then WME, hold high plank until everyone finishes

Mozy back to parking lot
All 10 reps 4 count
Flutter kicks
