I decided to gather some of my props from other workouts I’ve Q’ed. Maybe there’s a reason I haven’t used the dice again. I gotta figure out why they always land on Freddy Mercuries.
Warm Up

The Dice
-Rolling the Dice while running to different corners of Rectory Square. The exercise dice seems to be weighted to Freddy Mercuries.
Giant Soccer-Make up the rules as we go
10 Burpees all around after each score. Lots of mumble chatter. I think is the first time I’ve called burpees.
