5 Pax came out to Score on the Thanksgiving week Monday to get a little work in before enjoying the overeating later this week. Appreciate the men who came out and hopefully we all got a little better.

Start over with Lt. Dan and repeat all exercises above
Mosey down the firelane to take part in our return to the old days of brickpile using the field for some ladder work
Starting at the wall by the gym, run half way across field and do 20 squats, then run to the far side of the field and do 19 plank jacks, then run back to the middle of the field and do 18 squats, and run back to the wall and do 17 carolina dry docks. Keep doing these exercises, subtracting one each time, until we get to one.
People’s chair and Pele asked for balls to the wall, so YHC called ascending testicles on the wall, to everyone’s delight.
Mosey back to the bus shed and repeat the exercises starting with Lt. Dan
Mosey back to the parking lot for the last exercise: Bear crawl ring of fire (get in circle, and bear crawl until I say stop, and everyone planks except for the first guy does 5 merkins. I then say go and everyone continues bear crawling in the circle until I say stop again and the next guys does 5 merkins. Continue until all have done merkins)
COT: Great effort by all, even though no one cared for the Bear crawl ring of fire. 3 for coffee. Great to be with everyone.
