YHC has to admit that this was not the most sophisticated workout. However, 16 pax got to take a ride on the pain train, which is fun for men of all ages. We did some other stuff too. Here’s what happened:

SSH x 20 IC
Burpee x 5 OYO
TTT x 20 IC
Burpee x 10 OYO
Plankorama with 30 sec of low plank
Squat x 20 IC
Burpee x 4 OYO
Plankorama with 30 sec of low plank
Mosey to the front entrance
Run to each light pole on the outer perimeter of the parking lot doing 3 burpees at each pole. Approx. 12-15 poles in total. Al Gore until all pax are finished.
Mosey to roundabout. 10 incline merkins on the curb. Rotate 90 degrees on curb, 10 merkins with left arm on curb. Rotate 90 degrees, 10 decline merkins. Rotate 90 degrees, 10 merkins with right arm on curb.
Mosey to front parking lot for the pain train.
Starting at first light pole, 5 burpees. Run to next pole, 10 merkins. Run back to start, 5 burpees. Run to first pole, 10 merkins, run to second pole, 10 squats. Rinse and repeat with 5 burpees at start each time, alternating merkins and squats at each pole, adding one pole each round until you complete 5 poles.
Circle up for Mary.
