Tennis Court for Team DORA 1-2-3, two teams:
-two stop shuttle “sprint” for half of your team while other half of your team starts to accumulate their numbers, rotating thru exercises, 100 merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 squats, as a team.
Mosey to bottom of the hill for Jacobs Ladder:
-jail break to top for a burpee, mosey back down, rinse and repeat 7x adding burpee each time, so last trip up is 7 of those things.
Rally top of hill for modified Bruce Lee ab work:
-30 each of American hammer, leg raises, LBCs, chasers, Stevie wonder; rinse and repeat 2x
Mosey to school drop off line and find a bench for Aiken legs:
-20 squats, 20 box jumps, 20 lunges, 20 split jacks; rinse and repeat 2x.
Bataan Death March around school, repatriate a wooden pallet to the block pile for some clean-up.
Finish up with balls to the wall, 30-sec countdown.
