The Thang:
Mosey around the school and grab a block, circle up at back light post – 2 sets of 20 reps:
1: cinder block swings
2: squats with block overhead
3: cleans with block
4: Merkins over block
5: burpees
6: Stepup with high knee on block
Run around the column between each exercise. TTT after each set Cool down/stretch with block then put up blocks. Quest hates headgear workouts so he left early
