Dirty Bird’s Crawl About

Boneyard Back Blast—November 7, 2017 0500AM Location: River Bluff High School

Recap: Dirty bird Chicks went for a crawl about the AO and enjoyed a trip by the band field and around the campus. 9 Pax completed a multitude of exercises with our rest being a static exercise while reading from Psalms. Each man was asked to pick a number and the corresponding psalm was read aloud while we conducted, high planks, low planks, balls to the wall, 6 inches leg raise, etc.

Devo-Devotion came during the work out by having each member call a number and the corresponding psalm was read during the static exercise. Psalms read were, 13, 26, 113, 50, 36, 3, and several others.

Today’s workout featured 300 plus yards of bear crawling with exercises in between. Some exercises completed were BBSU x 36, SSH X 18, LBAC X 36, Flutter Kicks X36, Low Plank, High Plank, Balls to the Wall, 6 inch leg lift, back stretch, Burpees X18, and several other challenging routines. Great Work MEN.
