Repeat the circuit below as many times as we can:
1-10 squats IC
2-10 Merkins OYO
3-Farmers carry the two bricks around the last parking lot island and back
4-10 burpees OYO
5-10 flutter kicks nice and slow IC
6-Cusak with the block around the last parking lot island
When pax needed to lower the blocks, we stopped halfway each time for 10 squats IC before we continued. I think we even threw in some calf raises on rep 3 and 4.
