YHC grabbed Q late after learning Happy Trees would have start and leave early. Early indeed as he was finishing his run at Rooster as we were arriving. Danger Mouse brought a FNG (his dad to later be named Penfold). In all we had 2 ruckers who looked to set a fast pace and 6 runners all looking get better and enjoy this October morning.
Conditions: Not fall weather at all. Humid

The Route
The ruckers headed out Main and worked their way to Rawls Dr. They rucked their hearts out down Rawls then crossed Hwy 1 to Hwy 23 using Frances St to work back to Rooster.
The runners started the same but continued down Hwy 245 to Shealy. We followed Shealy all the way to Hwy 1 (that hill really works those calves) where we took a right and followed back to Main St. A left on Main got us back to the Rooster. We enjoyed having FNG – Penfold this morning. He told the tale of his shoulder falling out of place several times during the run. Tclaps for pushing onward.
