Beach Body by 21’s !! Time for Summer!

Conditions: Perfect day to get a little sweat going! 70 degree calm conditions 

Warm UP: SSH, through the tunnel, little baby arm circles forward then back, raise the roof and imperial walker all in cadence.  Then Mosey to end of parking lot and back.  Head to grab the coupons. 

The Thang: 21’s  seems like this style is my favorite type of work out. Start at corner of building do 1 rep of hand release merkins, run to other end of building then do 20 squats, for a total rep count of 21.  Then at the count of 12 reps switch at the start to do some curls for the girls! Rinse and repeat this finishing strong with 21 curls at the start.  Next moving to up and over good and slow merkins on my count.  2- with left hand on ground and 1 on coupon, 2 with both hands on coupon, 2- with left on coupon and right hand on ground 2 times.  Then in between did 5 coupon clean and press.  Mosey to put block away and finished at flag for the last 5 mins with abs LBC’s, 6 inches, Chaser LBC’s.
