YHC heard about the absurdity of Butler Hill last week, so the goal was to go the complete opposite direction. None of the PAX seemed to be feeling it today, but work was done either way. Great work today, men!
Here’s how it went today:

Mosey to top of parking deck:
COP:
- SSH x 10
- TTT x 20
- LBAC x 15 forward and backwards
The Thang:
- Bear Crawl in lanes between parking spaces stopping in middle for 20 Merkins and at end of each lane for 20 Squats
Rinse and repeat x 2 for 3 total rounds
Mosey to ramp of lower level and lunge down ramp
- There are three lanes between the parking spaces. At the beginning of each lane, do 5 Burpees, run to the end of each lane and do 5 Burpees for a total of 30 Burpees
Recover walk to Hwy 6 and Mosey to amphitheater
At bottom in front of the stage:
- Incline merkins x 10
- Decline Merkins x 10
- Dips x 10
- Step ups x 5 each leg
- Rinse and repeat up all 12 steps for 120 of each exercise
