12 Hammerheads came out to shuffle around the ponderosa this fine day (note, despite 6 years of friendship, I never knew how Pondo got his name. Turns out it is from the Presbyterian College version of the Walk of Shame. Wow!). It’s Friday, so that means a flat-ish fast-ish 5K followed by #TBCIF3N.

As YHC has aged and made other stupid decisions, my speed has declined and my standard paces are substantially lower than I’ve been used to over 25 years of regular running and racing. Still, every so often I need to push for a little pace, and today we had Easy Street from the #ExchangeProgram to help me do that. It was a good hurt, even though still a little disappointing. But, I and all other parties returned to the endex quite safely and nicely, and a good time was had by all.
