YHC’s F3 journey started at this place called “The Hollow” and it is always good to get back here where it all began with an EH from Scotch and a Slaughter Starter from GraveDigger. YHC is very appreciative to these guys and they’ve pushed me to get better in all areas of my life. For that YHC has provided the workout below to express my deepest thanks. 16 men made the decision this morning to beat the fartsack for some #betterment…over 2 miles of hard work with burpees, merkins, and man makers.
One minute warning, Disclaimer, BOM and Prayer
Mosey to the brick pile and grab two bricks…mosey to the courtyard for COP:
Line up along the wall:
- SSH x15IC sprint 25 yds and back
- TTT x15IC sprint 25 yds and back
- IW x15IC sprint 25 yds and back
- Squats x15IC sprint 25 yds and back
Mosey to the hill behind the tennis courts for some hill work.
Start at the bottom, run up to the top and do 5 burpees, run to the bottom, do 5 burpees and do five sets.
On the hill and line up in plank position at 12 o’clock. 5 Merkins IC. Move to 3 o’clock, 5 Merkins IC. Move to 6, and 9 positions and do 5 Merkins IC in each position.
Mosey over to the track for some more work.
10 to 1 Man Maker + Running
Perform 10 Man Makers (w/ bricks) and then run 400 meters. After that, you’ll do 9 Man Makers followed by a 400 meter run. Then, 8 Man Makers, 400 meter run, 7 Man Makers, 400 meter run… all the way down to 1 Man Maker with a final 400 meter run.
