Your YHC was very happy to be back at the SnakePit to workout.  I was surprised by how low the numbers have gotten though, and I want to challenge the men to come back out.  Remember how well you feel after the workout.  Yes, it’s tough getting up that early and “doing the harder thing”, but the reward is amazing.  Fitness, yes, but that fellowship brings you back.  Embrace the suck, “want to fail”.  Why fail? It gives you a goal to beat the next time.  So, you can’t run very far, FAIL, run 10 more feet next time.  Failure is only a failure if you see it that way.  It should be used as a tool to learn from.  We all start from somewhere at F3.  Set backs are everywhere, injuries happen, but use your brother to your left and to the right and allow them to motivate and guide you on your fitness journey.  I could keep going on my rant, but I’ll stop.  See you in the gloom.
