My name is Chinstrap.  This may be the last backblast you ever see me post.  It also may be my first, it’s not really my thing. I don’t get to post as much as I used to or would like, but I am always here in spirit. For those who don’t know me, I pretty much started Snakepit.  I was the original AOQ from day 1 and was here when it was just a few guys.  I took a leadership role and got FNG’s to post, and more importantly, keep coming back.  Some guys were satisfied just posting and working out, but it wasn’t enough.  I badgered, pleaded and begged them into Qing, and Qing repeatedly.  I posted on Sunday afternoons with a few PAX and did test runs for our own specialty workout, The Viper.  I got guys to step out of their comfort zone.  I got in touch with Pax who hadn’t posted in a while and let them know we missed them.   I don’t really ask much of anyone, but I am always among the first to volunteer my help when a brother needs a hand.   I had a hand in a lot of guys starting F3 and living better lives, but I would never take credit for it.  I am F3. I am 3rd.

Mosey to the top of the BB stairs.  There is a list of exercises corresponding to one of the 7 landings on the stairs.  With your partner, run to each landing and back, complete the exercise, rep count equal to the landing # x 8.  Meanwhile, each time would attempt to throw discs from the top of the stairs through the goal posts in order to win an exemption from a certain exercise.

1 Pax would call out an exercise for the other PAX then throw the frisbee somewhere near the goal posts with the intention of getting it through there but no one really came close.  Sprint to the frisbee and back and hand off to the next pax.  Some of the exercises called were:
