YHC responded to the request for more Q’s and took the opportunity to hold myself accountable. Several PAX in the area have established the 25 Days of Christmas to challenge themselves to continue to post during the frigid month with the holiday challenges. The best way to HC to a BC is to Q, you not only commit to yourself but to leading all the men. That said, YHC may have offended the PAX because only 2 showed up on this Saturday morning. Ultimate Frisbee will return next week.

Starting from the end closest to the main building work your way down in suicide fashion to the far end stopping at each trash can to perform the indicated exercise.
