YHC could not pass on the opportunity to be the first Q of 2020. When I signed up, little did I know that it would also be the first BC with the men of the Stand re-joining us and the hand-off to a new AOQ at SnakePit. I have been a part of F3Lexington and F3Nation now for over 4 years and enjoy the start of a new year, time to commit to EH’ing some new blood and old so that I can share this blessing.

YHC wanted a workout that would help bring the group back together and allowed us to truly enjoy the company. So, we grabbed a partner and begun.
Partner 1 began the exercise, Partner 2 carried his block to the 50yd line, and flip-flopped.

Several pax within F3Lexington have made a commitment to read the Bible this year. I challenge us all as we begin this new year, new decade, let us all commit to following the word a little closer. We set goals each year but we must remember that it is through Christ that all things are possible, so let’s get to know Him better. Be sure to always include the Lord in your efforts and He will make you into who you are supposed to be, men of God!
