The PAX had shown an interest in getting some bricks and blocks at the new AO. Needless to say, YHC was eager to put these new toys to good use. Strong effort out of all the PAX to help break in our new blocks! It was such an honor to lead these men!

Mosey to block pile, partner up, each pair gets one block and mosey back to parking lot for some laps around the parking lot.
Partner 1 lunges the shorter ends of parking lot and runs the long ends of the parking lot to get back to Partner 2. All the while, Partner 2 does the called exercise with the block, until Partner 1 gets back.
Lap 1: Shoulder Press
Lap 2: Curls for the Girls
Lap 3: Squats
Lap 4: Flutter kicks with block held over chest with straight arms *caution: don’t drop the block on your face (we don’t want to damage the blocks right out of the gate)
Return the blocks and circle up for some Mary
